1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and reason for the return.
If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or items showing normal wear and tear.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
